申請HTTPS就要關閉TLS 1.0 與 TLS 1.1，並啟用 TLS 1.2，方法很簡單，修改機碼即可

可以直接複製以下文字檔，存成TLSOff.reg，然後點兩下執行，執行完後，重新開機即可iis
